Mr. West is a consulting Attorney for the Mexican Consulate in Georgia. As such he offers assistance to the Mexican community specifically and to Latinos in general. Mr. West's association with the Mexican community began when he was asked to defend a young Mexican, Bautista Ramirez, accused of killing a police officer for whom the State was seeking the death penalty. Mr. West's successful defense of Mr. Ramirez led to his becoming a consulting attorney for the Mexican Consulate.
